Vanilya Bakery in the heart of South Philadelphia, is a warm, inviting bakery that reflects the global tastes and Brooklyn roots of its founder, Bonnie Sarana Noll, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Born in Turkey, raised in NY surrounded by corner bakeries and bagel shops, those influences shape the philosophy behind Vanilya Bakery.
The bakery blends old school craftsmanship with international inspiration. Our kitchen starts early each morning crafting flaky pastries, buttery cookies to perfectly boiled and baked bagels. No short cuts – just real baking, the way it is meant to be.
